Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Nexus Snapshot collects and how we use it. Using the free calculator requires no account and sends nothing to our servers — it runs entirely in your browser.
Information we collect
- Calculator inputs. The revenue and transaction figures you enter for the free result stay in your browser. When you purchase a report, those figures are sent to our API so we can generate and store your report.
- Email address. Provided when you purchase a report, or when you ask us to email your free results, so we can send them to you. We store it to fulfil that request and to contact you about your report.
- Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Basic technical data. Standard server and CDN logs (e.g., IP address, request time) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To generate, store, and deliver the report you purchased.
- To process your payment through Stripe.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the service — notably Stripe (payments) and Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and email delivery) — and only as needed to provide it, or where required by law.
If you explicitly choose to be introduced to a partner (e.g. a sales-tax provider) and tick the consent box on that form, we share the name and email you provide with that partner so they can contact you. We only do this with your consent; you can always decline and use the tools directly instead.
Data retention & storage
Reports and associated records are stored on AWS infrastructure (DynamoDB and a private S3 bucket). Generated PDFs are kept for a limited period and may be deleted automatically. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. It is configured privacy-consciously: IP addresses are anonymized, Google advertising signals are disabled, and analytics cookies load only after you accept the consent banner. If you decline (or ignore it), no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. You can change your choice by clearing your browser storage for this site.
