By using Nexus Snapshot (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Nexus Snapshot is an informational tool that estimates potential US economic nexus exposure by comparing the figures you enter against published state thresholds. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. See our Disclaimer.
2. Informational use only
Results and reports are estimates and may be incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying your obligations and for your own compliance.
3. Payments and refunds
Paid reports are sold for a one-time fee shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Because reports are generated and delivered digitally, sales are generally final. If your report fails to generate or deliver due to a fault on our side, contact us at support@nexussnapshot.com and we will resolve it or refund you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any taxes, penalties, or interest arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report at issue.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
